Courses are held from September to June (excluding school holidays and public holidays).
Trial course :
Before the Forum of Associations of the City of Narbonne, we organize a pre-entrance training during the Monday school hours (20h15-22h15).
The application is complementary to the classes in order to be able to assimilate and enjoy dancing very quickly.
Throughout the year (1 week out of 2, excluding school holidays) the school offers students free training.
A 2-hour ball (20h15-22h15) is organised from December (the weeks "eve of holidays" - Christmas - February - Easter).
On Mondays in June, 2-hour "Balls" are available for students.
The "Balls" are open to students from all classes.
In the weeks when there is a "Ball" there is no class.
Corinne explains the Follower's steps and helps the different dancers or couples on more personal points.
Frederic takes care of the warm-up, the course in general and the descriptions for the Leaders.
They are complementary and allow you to have both an overall view and a particular view of the courses.
Rock / Swing
For those who start dance classes, it is THE course to discover Rock and Swing dances.
For those who already practice one or the other of these dances, this is the right place to understand how to adapt these 2 styles to the 2 types of music and, consequently, mix the both, which enriches the dancers' possibilities.
The year is divided into 3 periods: 1 Rock'N' Roll period, 1 Swing period and 1 Rock/Swing period.
Rock'N' Roll is no longer to be presented, it is often the dance to encourage future dancers to take classes.
Swing, with Lindy Hop and Shim Sham, is a rich style that often brings a lot of pleasure to dancers.

Swing : The Fundamentals
This is the course to start Swing dances.
The main dances in this course are Lindy Hop and Shim Sham.
Lindy Hop is one of the richest dances, you can dance it as a couple, do solo steps and the partners can change roles during the same dance.
There are 2 main roles: the Leader (role essentially devoted to torque guidance) and the Follower (the one who answers the guidance). A dancer can choose one of these two roles.

Swing : Advanced
This course is the natural continuation of our swing courses, provided that you have acquired ALL the elements of the "Fundamentals" course - it is preferable in order to assimilate and acquire new elements more easily.
You will find a program that, depending on the year, allows you to improve or discover more elaborate figures, to discover the Lindy Chorus written by Frankie Manning.
This course can also be taken over several years to discover changing programs each year.
Mondays from 21h15 to 22h15 (excluding public holidays and school holidays)
